I saw Dr. Kitamura because, since I'll be leaving for college, he told me that I have to get my wisdom out before I leave. He would always explain to me what was going on during the procedure so I wouldn't be scared or alarmed. Everyone is super friendly here, and they really help you along the way, and if you have any questions, they're always willing to answer it for you.
