We generally refer to Dr. Yamamoto and Dr. Kitamura for third molar extractions. There are cases that are beyond the scope of just regular extractions. As a 5- or 6-year-old, you know, they come into a place where the doctors are pretty scary. They love it. They come back, and they say, "Yeah, it wasn't as bad as I thought." We don't have any problems with communication between our staff and their staff. They help us out whenever I need help — if there's any types of emergencies that I can't handle — and they'll be able to, you know, try to take them in as quickly as possible. I have always a smooth transition and good working relationship with them.
