There's just many, many different scenarios, and Dr. Yamamoto is very capable of handling all of them very, very well. I can expect excellent communication, and that is really, really important for patients in getting a good outcome. It's as important as the skill of the individual practitioners, because if the team communication isn't good, there are lots of places where things can go sideways. A lot of patients, they don't know what to expect; they expect a lot of post-op pain, and they're very surprised that there is minimal post-op pain. So that's a consistent comment — that they thought it would be more painful than it actually is. My philosophy is that I want for my patients to have the best care possible, and in my experience, Dr. Yamamoto and his team provide consistent, excellent care.
